POA Annual Due Invoices have been mailed. The Waterfront Park key was changed on 4/18/26. You must be current with your dues in order to receive a new key. Dues can be mailed to Sherwood Shores III POA, PO Box 688, Kingsland, TX 78639.

Solicitation of Candidates
In accordance with Texas Property Code Section 209.00593, Sherwood Shores III Property Owners Association is soliciting candidates interested in running for the Board of Directors. There will be five upcoming positions open for election. If you would like to have your named placed on the ballot for the 2026 Annual Meeting, being held on October 10, 2026, please submit your written request to include your name, email and property address, to be received no later than 8:00 am on September 18, 2026, via one of the following methods:
